Both operating as expected. No regrets concerning the purchase. I will admit, I was a little concerned if the HF-Auto would match as accurately as my AT4K. Concerns were unwarranted. Its great.

Now is the ideal
time of year to find a deal on a pre-owned HD. Many RUB’s purchased new HD’s, and never rode them to any extent. That is how I ran across Sues FXDL. Bike was purchased new by the seller. Seldom ridden. Stored in a climate controlled garage along with this RUB’s other toys. Bike was in as new condition. Still had the original tires, with 50% tread remaining. Was at the right place at the right time.

NRA RSS Feed
Is back up.
Seems like their feed goes down for a week or so once or twice each year. May be related their hosting service preforming software upgrades. In any event, back up and running fine.
Got a phone call
from Speedway HD yesterday. Several of the 2023 touring models arrived. Sue and I may stop by and give them a look and test ride. Not in the market for a new bike. But one never knows.
Really like this!
Tires…
Since I have 2 sets of original Anniversary wheels for my St Glide, made sense to keep the spare set ready at all times. Going Back and forth between Metzeler tripple 8’s or Michelin Commander III’s for the spare wheels. Both tires are top shelf, however I do feel the Commanders have a little better grip on wet surfaces.
As for a second set of original Anniversary wheels for Sue’s Road King, forget it! None to be found locally. If I ever do find any, I’ll get them as well. It’s great having a pair of limited edition Anniversary Harley’s. Not so great finding original Anniversary wheels. Especially the chrome laced wheels as on Sue’s RK.
Tires for my Softail Deuce and Sue’s Dyna Low Rider are not a critical as the tires for our touring Harley’s. We seldom take these bikes on longer rides, and never overnight anymore.
Rolling Thunder 2023
Will be upon us before you know it. Looks like 6 to 8 are riding up with me. For 4, will be their first.
